First time I went all through the prep for the operation then was cancelled due to machine back up failure Got 2nd oppointment very quickly and the care and op was fantastic Everyone so caring and attentive.

I was sorry to read that your first procedure was cancelled, especially as you were all ready and prepared to go. It is very rare for this to happen, but it does happen occasionally. I am glad that you had your procedure done soon after and thank you for being so understanding.
