"Bladder Incontinence service"

About: Eddercliffe Centre Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Continence advisory service

(as the patient),

I went to the clinic and saw Julia who helped me to retrain my bladder. It has improved a lot by doing the exercises and distraction instruction to stop my bladder being in control of me.

Thank you for taking the time to post this comment.

All the research says that retraining techniques along with pelvic floor exercises can help most peoples bladder symptoms improve.

The support and guidance given by the nurse is really important because it helps you to stay on track.

I hope you continue to enjoy the freedom of being in control of your bladder!
