(as the patient),

I was being treated for bipolar one, manic, but then, very sadly I was sexually assaulted. Please be careful who you let into your home if you are female and live alone.  The CATT team have been amazing, supportive and listen. Especially Donna and Emma. That is exactly what I need at the moment for the SA and my BP1. Apart from turning up late, which drives me crazy as I am OCD too, they have been perfect. They are over-stretched and need more funding and more staff. I know that it's the NHS, but they need more female staff for situations such as mine.

I just logged onto my computer and saw your review. It made my day! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences online. It means a lot to the staff and me that you took the time to share your experience with Ealing Crisis and Assessment Team.

I am so glad to hear that you found Emma and Donna amazing and supportive. We always strive to do our best when working with service users and their family and friends.

Yes, we are overstretched, and at times we are late for home visits. I am sorry to hear that you were kept waiting. It is an issue that we are aware of as a team, and we are working hard to improve our time keeping.

I am going to share your feedback with the team, and please tell your family and friends about your experiences with ECATT
