I was made to feel very comfortable and for a procedure I was worried and embarrased about this was great.

Everyone was very friendly and did not make me feel rushed or embarrassed at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments about your recent colonoscopy experience with us.

Colonoscopy is a sensitive procedure and I can completely empathise why you would feel embarrassed and worried prior to having it done. Our staff understand this and do their best to ensure that our patients don't feel embarrassed during the procedure. I will share your post with our staff now and they will be delighted to know that they have supported you well and were able to make you feel comfortable.
