Would like to thank the neurosurgery department at Preston Royal Infirmary - your care and expertise saved my life.
I had been dancing at Blackpool Tower when I suffered what turned out to be a subarachnoid haemorrhage. I arrived at Preston having been transferred from Blackpool A&E. The support given to me and especially my family was absolutely brilliant.
I spent almost 4 weeks here before being transferred back to our local hospital for rehabilitation. I cannot thank the staff in Critical Care, Wards 2a and 2b for their support during my stay.
A year later I am back dancing - Thank you
