"Sunderland fertility"

Treatment by so called fertility nurses was disgraceful.

I attended clinic by myself due to various issues and I was upset. After several years of trying for a family I find the issue extremely stressful and embarrassing.

I was a bit teary when I first met the nurse but I think this is understandable and as a fertility nurse they should understand.

However I was asked what's the matter? And then informed it takes two to make a baby you know!!! I was then shown into a room with four other professionals who weren't introduced to me and who again showed zero sympathy or empathy, no offer of a glass of water or even a tissue.

I then left the centre visibly upset.

I would never go here again or recommend it to anyone.

I now attend the life centre who are extremely professional and caring in their approach.

It makes me wonder why this nurse is working there if that is her attitude!!! Disgusting!!
