"Outstanding hospital - a credit to the North East"

In 2015 l wrote to Sir Len Fenwick expressing my overwhelmingly experience within the RVI and the excellent care and attention l had received from my Consultant and their team. Here I am again having follow up surgery within the hospital on ward 39 (1st November 2016). On this occasion the surgery was carried out by another Consultant and yet again it has been 100% satisfaction. From the staff member who welcomed me onto the ward at 7.30am to the anaesthetist and nurse assistant in the anaesthetic room to the nurses on ward 39. Who actually remembered me from last year - great personal touch. I have yet to find any fault with this hospital. Today I attended the dressings clinic and was met by a most pleasant nurse who introduced them self, explained things and was simply a pleasure to have met. I would be very grateful if my gratitude could be passed on to all those concerned. You've got one heck of a team there - outstanding.
