About: Bromley Healthcare / COPD

(as the patient),

The COPD Team have always given me fabulous patient care.

I have been under the Team for a few years and from the start have found their input and advice invaluable. From the Rehabilitation Course I attended when I was first diagnosed, to the care I've received both at home and at the review clinics

The three members of staff I have had the most dealings with are, Nurse Caroline, Nurse Cheryl H. C. A. Julie. A huge thank you to you all.

I have learnt a great deal about COPD because of your input.

I have been passed on this invaluable advice and exercise programme. Well done COPD Team and most of all Thank you: -)
