(as a relative),

My father spent many hours waiting in A&E but the staff all do their best - there just don't appear to be enough of them.

Irene and the volunteer helper were VERY helpful - thank you! Communication between staff seems to be lacking/a problem or may be it is just because there are not enough staff?

I would like to thank all those still caring for my father as he has received good care - you all work very hard and do your best.
