"Great kindness on Mersea ward"

(as the patient),

I just cannot speak highly enough about the recent care that I received with all the staff on Mersea Ward.

I had been diagnosed with cancer of the bladder. I was dealt with the greatest kindness that I have ever had in my entire life.

I am 73 years old and seem to go invisible at my age, but not so with any dealings that I had with all the staff who were kind, caring, pleasant and made me feel at ease at all times during my stay. They made a frightening experience into a memorable pain free stay.

Thank you, each and every one from the bottom of my heart and God Bless you all.
