"Treated with compassion"

About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Had to attend ED on advice from GP. Didn't have to wait that long to see the doctor, especially as it was a Saturday. He made sure the pain was fully under control and made sure I knew everything that was going to happen throughout. Treated with compassion and overall great standard of care from triage to discharge.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment on the service you received recently in our Emergency Department at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. Feedback like yours helps us to measure our performance and see where we are doing well, and where not so well and need to improve. What is really apparent is that all staff you came across had the same high standards of care and professionalism.

I will ensure your comments are passed on to all the staff in ED.

I hope you are feeling better.

Regards

Gill
