"You don't feel like a "cog in a wheel""

I had a bunion and toe repair operation some weeks ago under local anesthetic. The staff were great and the nurses in the theater kept me informed about the procedures, and I must also say amused throughout! The recovery process is long and can be painful (don't run before you can walk! ) On returning for follow ups the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The hospital is small and not overwhelming, so you don't feel like a "cog in a wheel"

Thank you to all for making the procedure easier to undertake by and making me feel I could discuss any concerns I had and they were fully explained to me.
