"Respectful and kind service from Nurse in..."

I called today to speak to someone in Gynaecology (coordinator of colposcopies) regarding my concerns about an appointment I have coming up. When I expressed my concerns, they could not have been more kind and respectful and helpful. They were very reassuring and made me feel as if my (probably silly) question and worry was no trouble and she made me feel so much better about my upcoming appointment. I never leave reviews for things like this, but it was such a pleasant experience and they were so warm and helpful, that I thought you should know.
