"Discusting!!!"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

Where do I begin!! After waiting for over 4 hours I was seen by a doctor of whom I could only describe as a joke!!They looked me straight in the eyes for 20-30 seconds without saying a word this really creeped me out and made me feel very unnerved! I explained about my issues which had been ongoing but had gotten much worse I was suffering bleeding and constant vomiting I attended A+E as I felt it was an emergency why else would I have waited 4+ hours?? The doctor was totally uninterested and unprofessional and lacked empathy they didn't arrange or do any tests and simply said "what would you like me to do" we don't have any money here and I can't arrange any tests as its after 5pm????? I voiced my concerns told them I wasn't happy and asked for a second opinion to which they replied no I am the senior doctor here! The doctor was attempting to brush me off tick me off the list in the quickest possible way without investigating any of my concerns at all! I am utterly disgusted that a so called doctor somebody who's job is to help others could treat me in such a shocking belittling way, instead of putting themself to any trouble arranging any tests they simply got their receptionist to call my doctor the following day to arrange an emergency appointment???? My doctor was confused as to Why would they could not have dealt with it then if it was an emergency oh yes they couldn't be bothered shocking!! I will be making an official complaint over this and involving PALS and an investigation into theirwork!!!!
