"Minor ops department"

I was seen several times over the last few months in the minor ops for spinal procedures. I am an NHS patient. I have only the highest praise for every member of staff who treated me with respect, dignity , empathy and great kindness all the way through. I also spoke to receptionists on the main desk and at physio and again I was treated with respect and complete professionalism.

I have also been an inpatient twice in the last few years - again on the NHS. I was treated superbly by everyone.

It's easy to make complaints or to moan. Let's give praise where praise is due
