About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

Started to have intrusive thoughts and severe doubts whether I could do my job as I was unsure I could retain all the knowledge required for it. Started to check I had knowledge and memory of all things I have ever been taught (thinking this would confirm I can do my job), by going over and over things and developed clinically relevant OCD.

Thank you for your posting. I am guessing from the title of your posting you have had a positive experience with our service however could I ask you to make a self referral to them or speak to your own GP if you have not accessed any support?
