About: Pleasley Hill Children's Centre

(as a service user),

We enjoy the group but would like it back at crescent primary as lots more families liked it there and do not come anymore

We like the group as it is. But would like something physical for the children at the end as they are getting bigger now and need to burn some energy.

Thank you for your feedback. It is really useful in helping us plan for future service delivery.

I am pleased that you enjoy the group.

The session had been moved to the Pleasley area after consultation with families, as we were not offering anything in that area. We have taken on board what you and others have said and we will be looking at re-locating this group. However we will need to consider what instead can be delivered there as we have to make sure that the services are spread across the cluster to meet all families needs.

With regards to the physical, I will feed this back to the workers who deliver the group.

Thank you again for the feedback, we have a parents forum at the Ladybrook centre, were we look at service delivery, your feedback and contribution at this meeting would be greatly beneficial. If you are interested please speak to a member of the team.
