About: Cavendish Hospital

(as the patient),

I am a patient with Diabetes. I have been on 40 years on Insulin; have been under care at the Cavendish Hospital buxton for over 20 years. I have had very good care. Diabetes and Podiatry care. Few years ago they upgraded my Accu- check to Aviva Expert to help me. Great help indeed. Since we have decided to change over control better life better I would recommend it to anyone diabetic. Having this machine changed my life. Thanks to Michelle, my diabetic nurse, we keep contact every day. Text my sugar on her screen and she can advise me if I need. She has learnt lots from me as having as having so long.

I would give them 100% care and above

It is good to hear that you felt the direction and control of your diabetes was yours and that Michelle and the team provided you with the information and support you needed.
