"Asks about my my hopes and expectations from physiotherapy"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I only waited about two weeks for an appointment at Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary. I was taken for my assessment on time and was given a through assessment of my knee and the findings carefully explained to me and advice given with an appropriate exercise plan. I was most impressed with the questions about my hopes and expectations from physiotherapy I felt listened to and encouraged to persevere with the exercise plan.
