"On the day cancellation - Cobble together comment"

Friday 21st October after 2 failed previous operations cancelled before was just ready to go in 1PM when I got a call off the eye department receptionist to cancel again. I played up and complained and the person said leave it with me and I can see what I can cobble together. Not a great comment when I was nervous about the minor eye operation. In fairness they rang back and told me if I could get down for 11am. The operation was quick and the staff down there were fantastic. I got home after the operation and found a letter at my door dated 19th October sent second class saying my time had been changed from 1pm to 8am for 21st. In summary once there for the operation the staff were brilliant, the admin element was shocking.
