I was advised by my NHS dentist and the 111 to go to the NHS hospital in case my removed tooth was causing more pain as it got infected the week before and I had a massive headache all night. We arrived at the NHS and the waiting time was very reasonable. We were then advised to see a nurse who was overly aggressive with me and my boyfriend, asking us sharply "What do you expect me to do ?" after we described the symptoms. Basically, they advised that they could not do anything as it was a dental related issue (though the dentist and the 111 told me to go to hospital), that they could not refer us to see a dentist in hospital nor could they prescribe us any medicine. We will definitely not go there again this was the worst experience we had in any hospital.
"Aggressive and non-cooperative"
