"Awful experience"

I went to get a blood test done, upon entering the room informed the Nurse that i had a phobia of needles and that i was quite afraid of blood tests. To this they replied "Please dont waste my time i have somewhere to go after this, don't make me late". At no point was i planning on making a scene i am a grown woman, the information was pure to inform them and i found their response rather unprofessional and rude.

Upon attempting to take my blood several times they could not locate my veins to which they proceeded in informing me to return another day. upon my refusal they then proceeded to try once more. After prodding my arm so many times i had now become rather dizzy and started to have a blackout. They then asked me if i felt unwell to which i replied yes. they asked if i wanted some water and then went on to say i had to go and get some from reception. I find this ridiculous if someone is about to faint how can you as a medical professional expect them to get up and walk to reception and get themselves water. they then told me to remain seated till i felt better and just left the room. This is disgusting behavior. Coming from a family of medical professionals i do not know anyone that would just leave a patient in a condition where they are about to faint and not even inform the person i was with who was waiting for me in the waiting room that i was unwell. After 20 mins i then got myself up and walked out the room. Appalled.
