"Emergency admission by ambulance"

About: Furness General Hospital / Accident and emergency

My daughter suffered a food allergy attack during a meal out on holiday, and everyone including the 999 operator, the paramedic, and the ambulance staff who attended (all extremely promptly), and all the Barrow-in-Furness hospital A&E receptionists; all the Barrow-in-Furness A&E doctors, nurses, auxiliary, cleaning, and all the other support, staff we met simply could not have been more professional, more helpful, nicer, or more confidence-inspiring, at an exceedingly worrying time.

All the care was delivered very promptly, to a very high standard, and with total professionalism.

I am extremely grateful to everyone, and I cannot begin to thank you all enough.
