(as the patient),

I attended Forth Valley Royal Hospital Urology Out Patient department this week.

The staff were all really kind, welcoming and patiently dealt with my concerns and questions. I was made to feel important and cared for. What impressed me was the little important things were done so well- welcomed, informed, told of options, asked if I had questions etc. Sadly not always the case but here it just was an example of excellence. Thank you to the staff. All of you.
