"No communication, told conflicting info"

About: Liverpool Womens Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Didn't inform us of how long to take medication for. Told that they phoned us, when they didn't numerous times. Never left messages when they did call. Fragmented services. Some  of the staff that we've met really good, some really rude.
