"Minor injuries unit"

I attended the minor injuries unit on a Friday night. I was unsure whether it was appropriate for me to go but I had realised late in the day that I might have a UTI and was concerned to get medication if that was the case. Everyone from the person I first saw on reception to the nurse and the doctor were welcoming and reassuring and made me feel listened to and of value. I was relieved to be given antibiotics and the whole experience felt like medical care at its best. What an excellent service! Thank you to all involved.
