"Consultants miss appointments. Avoid."

I have a private plan through my employer and was referred to Kings Oak. About 2 weeks ahead AXA booked the appointment, SMS confirmed. We spent an hour driving there, booked in, all seemed fine. 30 minutes later we find out that the consultant had not shown up for the appointment. Totally pathetic. If this hospital cannot manage small details like diary scheduling, it is pretty scary to think how much attention to detail they have in more serious issues, Avoid.
