Fiancé was referred to A&E with HG to be "treated" by a doctor. They used a glove as some sort of improvised tourniquet, continually laughed and sent her home having claimed she had taken 250 ml of fluids by IV she had actually taken 50ml. The following day she was sent back to A&E after visiting local gp to doc. She was then treated by a wonderful nurse who is an asset to the team at tameside, Sharon H is professional, helpful, aproachable and it was a pleasure to have such a great person looking after us after what was such an uncomfortable previous visit. She is now being looked after by the team in women's health who are doing a great job and I thank them dearly. I'm just glad our first point of contact in the hospital wasn't another to just send us home as she clearly needed help, as this will be her 2nd night in care.
