What I liked

I just wanted to say how impressed I was by the minor injuries unit at Guys. I was seen within 40mins of arriving and the nurses were patient and well equipped to deal with my complaint. Thank you.

What could be improved

The queue for the reception was a bit confusing.

We're delighted you were so impressed with the Minor Injuries Unit, and it's good to hear it was well equipped to deal with your problem.

We will have a look at the reception queue and see if anything can be done to make it less confusing.
