"Life saving"

I hope that someone will read this because this theropy has probably saved my life, at the very least has made me a better person. I am a mans man if you know what I mean, the last thing I was expecting was for me to go into meltdown. When I first went to the doctors I was very wary of the whole situation and was looking for an answer the form of medication, which I got, however he referred me to talking therophys which I decided to laugh at thinking it was for teenage girls. Even the first session had my mind completely changed. I was talking to the member of staff as a new person which I couldn't do before and let everything go. I have just finished my last session today and I am so happy I could cry. The member of staff has been amazing the service was amazing and I feel now I have the simple yet effective tools to deal with my once everyday struggle. Please promote this member of staff and the service to the top of the NHS because they save lives
