"Doctors attitude to me."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I have been attending this Hospital for my treatment of severe COPD for around 8 years, and have found that the quality of care has decreased rather rapidly. My doctor has no time to explain to me what is going on,or what options there are of treating the growth on my lung which has increased in the last 4 months. I was put on drugs that are far to strong for me and bring up a rash in various parts of my body and itch so badly i was unable to sleep for 3 weeks. My own Doctor phoned the Hospital and told the Doctor I had stopped taking them, but they were not the slightest bit concerned , I waited another month or so for another appointment, in which lasted 3 Minutes and where they told me most people endure this and thats what i should do, but they will see if I can go on a Lower dose.

I went back to see this dr on 30th June 2016, who asked me why I was there, so I reminded them that it was to see if I can go on a Lower dose, and the reply was what medication are you taking. I told them I did not Know but it was them who gave me the prescription and they must have a copy of it, the dr then turned over 3 pages of the files, scrolled down quickly on the computer and said I can not find them , stood up and more or less showed me the door and said they would send for me to pick up a new prescription that appointment again lasted 3 minutes.

4 days later I took my copy up and gave it to the secretary phone down stairs to see if it had been left there which it had not, so they said they would remind the dr that afternoon, I still have not heard any thing from the dr. I find the patent care lacking in this department as they are not the least bit bothered about my state of health.
