I was a little anxious at visits two or three years ago to this department fell way short of my expectation in all areas including interaction, interest, caring and dignity.

My consultant engaged me with care and interest and the physical examination of me was carried out with professionalism.

It felt like a medical examination as opposed to an assault .

They were pleasant and friendly whilst maintaining a professional demeanour.
