"My Recent treatment and Hospital admission"

On the 2nd Feburary I had the misfortune to have a fall in my home. Iwas taken to A&E at Basildon Hospital ,there I was admitted to Bulpan ward after an operation on my broken left femur. I stayed in the ward for three weeks. During my stay I received the most professional and attentive treatment I could have wished for. The nursing staff were pleasant and caring although they were very overworkedat times.The ward was kept thoroughly clean by the domestic staff to an excellent standard. May I also congratulate the ward manager on her very high standard of control within her area of responsibility.In summing-up,my stay on this occasion was a very welcome improvement compared with an earlier stay at the hospital. The management of the Hospital Trust seem to have made very welcome changes in my opinion.
