(as the patient),

I was sent by my GP for an ultra sound scan at Queen Vic and as I am always scared of medical "stuff" I was not happy to attend but I needed to rule out any problems.

I was so happy that the staff at The Queen Vic were so nice and made it so easy for me. I don't know why I had been so worried. The moment I got to the desk I felt easy the reception staff were smiling and did not rush me. The person who did the ultra sound explained everything and gave me time to dress and undress. I did not feel rushed or as if I was in a factory which was how it felt at another hospital close by.
