(as a relative),

My mam was admitted onto j29 very very ill. the compassion shown twards our mam and family was excellent. they cared for her extremely well. sadly she passed away. my family and myself want to thank each and everyone. keep up the excellant work.

Also a big thankyou to my work colleagues on j28 for taking time to visit me. my mam and family with lots of love and much needed hugs xxxxx

Dear A big thankyou

Thank you for taking the time to write to us; please accept my sincerest condolences on the sad loss of your Mum.

It was very nice to read that we were able to help and support you at this difficult time.

I have shared your words of support and encouragement with the Head of Nursing and Matron for J29 who will be exceptionally pleased to know that you were happy with the care that they delivered.
