A&e I understand is a busy place but for the patients communication with the outside world when there is no windows is essential, I stayed in A&e for over 8 hours and couldn't get signal. My request is to get wifi hotspots in the department as it will make people feel more relaxed and give them something to do

Thank you for your posting on NHS Choices. We are soon hoping to install a Guest Wi-Fi system at the Trust. The system will provide 15 minutes of free access for each guest device and also free access to Trust information.
