It is impossible to get an appointment becaquse the hospital has not updated any list of available appointments. I have been referred for a glaucoma inspection because the pressure in my eyes may be at a dangerous level. But the online system does not work. The telephone system cannot get into the system either, so are sending my details to the hospital by post. I can expect the hospsital to reply in two weeks.
I fhte hospital cannot cope with this problem, it should remove itself from the list of available choices.
