I gave birth on 27.03.2016 in the maternity ward. All the midwifes were really caring in antenatal ward, labour ward and postnatal. I'm especially very thankful to the midwife who spotted the compliacations during the second stage of the labour and took quick action. Due to their experience and help I managed to deliver a heathy baby. The whole team of doctors, nurses and a midwives worked very well together. After the labour
I wasn't well and the midwife gave me plenty of time to recover before moving me to postnatal ward. I felt
I was treated as if were their daughter.
In Queens Hospital I also attended antenatal , waterbirth, breasfeeding, and relaxation classes in Birth Centre. They were all very informative and all midwifes were very helpful and took time to answer all the questions.I found all he information given very useful during the labour and after when now I need to look after the baby.
I also had to go to Maternity Triage once and
I just wanted to say that the service was good as well.
Overall I will recommend Maternity Services in Queens Hospital to my friends and family. I found it very well organised and the team work was excellent. I'm very grateful that I have the heathy baby and I can't thank people who looked after me enough. Well done!
