"Appalling Staff major re training required"

Appalled by the none care in this place. The so called staff need re training, if one complains the staff take it out of the ill patient. My mother had not been bathed in two days. The staff prefer to talk among themselves rather than do the proper job they should be doing is rehabilitating.

They are on power trips. I was told by a doctor what does one expect when one lives in a poor area. No encouragement to get better this place is as bad as the so called "care homes" the are no more than prisons, prisoners get treated better than the patients in this place. Challenge the nursers and there lack of care or competence they will take it out of the patient.
