I attended ENT today for investigations I can't fault the staff the timeliness ,

The involvement in my treatment and diagnosis , and advice given .

some of the investigations leave you feeling very disorientated

The staff were superb in support and their care .

as an nhs worker it's always difficult to be on the receiving end of treatment , but I came away with a positive treatment plan and safe in the knowledge that I will be followed up and looked after during my treatment and recovery .

thank you to all the team for making an unpleasant experience as pleasant as it could be
