What could be improved
Chaotic and uninformative management. Just a note left on my answerphone to tell me my operation cancelled. On pursuing this I find targets are being ignored and I have no date for admission. I should not be put in the position of having to complain to get the treatment I was told I would have. .
Anything else?
Time for Derriford to be honest regarding admission times. This would save much stress and enable patients to plan for the care of family members for whom they have responsibility
