I have attended numerous out-patient clinics. Treatment is satisfactory. Admin is not. Expect long hold times on appointments telephone number the hospital letter refers you to, only to be told they have no appointments for the clinic you need to visit and that it makes its own appointments and will call you back. The last three times, I tried this did not happen. Took up the matter with senior administrator in 2015. Exact same issue in 2016. System needs a complete rethink. In the private sector, this would not be tolerated
