"I felt confident that the staff were very professional and motivated"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

My procedure was a sigmoid polypectomy. The whole experience was really well managed and I would like to express my gratitude to all of the team. From the outset, I felt confident that the staff were very professional and motivated. The national news often carries the negatives from NHS and I would like to give a big shout out to all involved in my care.
