The phone system to a&e is appalling waited 3 times the phone ring out for 3-4 minutes each time..
The switchboard said only one number to a&e.
I work in another a&e trying to contact relatives who wanted to be with patient with severe heart problems..
The call was made between 9am 20/12/2015
