After been sent from work after a fall I thought I would be waiting for hours. From arrival to x Ray and leaving time was approx 1hour and 10 min. Staff were extremely friendly and very efficient x

thank you for your feedback regarding your speedy assessment and discharge from Accident and Emergency at Heartlands Hospital.

I do hope you are feeling better following your fall and I will ensure that your comments are shared with Hilary Clemson Matron for Emergency Services and Dr Ola Erinfolami, Clinical Director for Emergency Services, as well as to Dr John Reynolds, Clinical Director for Radiology.
