"Treatment of My Father In Ward Sunrise B"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

My father Frank Revell was a patient on the ward from 30 June to 3 August 2015 when he was transferred to Hornchurch Nursing Home for the last week of his life.

Our family wish to thank all the staff on the ward for the care and support they provided.
