"icd clinic and harvey ward"

About: St Bartholomew's Hospital

i have been treated in the harvey ward several times and on each occasion all the staff have been excellent in every way. in august i had to have a lead replaced to my icd, which was unfortunate because it was only replaced 8 months previously, at which time i was primary carer for my wife who was terminally ill, she sadly died in april. being in barts again so soon, i on occasions became quite emotional, especially in the operating theatre, the staff were so compassionate and caring they all deserve very special thanks, thank you paul cordess

Dear Paul

Firstly, please accept our condolences for the passing of your wife.

Thank you for taking time to share your experience of Harvey Ward with us and with others. It is wonderful to hear that our staff were caring and compassionate when you most needed it.

Your kind words, including your special thanks, have been shared with the team on Harvey Ward as they will love to hear them.

Best wishes
