"Lateness and Non responsiveness"

About: Wycombe Hospital

On the day of my appointment was told that the other doctor hadn't shown up that day and would be at least a two hour late. When I finally saw the lead doctor, they said the other doctor had left months ago and no one had been hired so they were seeing both groups of patients. The DVLA has been attempting to contact the lead doctor since April, but they have not responded to enquiries from them or me by now (August).
