"Feedback for my daughter who had an operation on..."

My daughter who is 6 had to have an operation on her elbow and the care and attention she received was excellent. All the staff were extremely caring and explained to me exactly what was happening at each stage of her care. I especially liked the fact she received a teddy who had her own plaster cast and a certificate of bravery after her operation. The ambulance men who brought her in were great too. putting her at ease and were professional throughout the journey to hospital. Thank you!
