On a family day out in the lakes we found ourselves having to visit the primary care assessment unit for our son with a suspected fractured wrist. Unable to find the hospital I rang the hospital switchboard where a lovely member of staff guided us straight to hospital door, thank you. Reception staff, nurse, radiographer and doctor at the PC centre were all very helpful, reassuring and we came away very satisfied with the care given to out son. Thank you so much. What an amazing NHS we have.
